Our first walk on the beach of the trip. Looking for shells & sand dollars,of course.
This one still had something in it. Todd threw it back but he swears the next day when he found one opened/eaten that it was this exact one.
We found our first live sand dollar. It was cool seeing the little hairs move around before we buried him back in the sand to live a bit longer (hopefully).
This is my first batch of vacation pictures. We headed to San Diego/Coronado Island on Sunday (one week ago seems so long ago!). We got there around 11:30 & ate at Olive Garden because we had gift cards. Todd doesn't like Italian so he never eats there but he managed on their chicken strips. Then we went to the hotel but our room wasn't ready (we were early for check-in) so we went to Ferry Land to walk around,window shop, and take pictures. There's usually a cruise ship in port when we go to Coronado but this trip it was a Disney ship. Exciting! After we got back to our room we walked the beach & went to dinner at the pizza parlor on base.
I'll have a few more beach pictures and Legoland pics next. We went to Legoland on Monday because someone blessed us with 4 free tickets. Can't pass that up! If you saw all my pictures on Facebook, you know that this trip will be several "parts".
