Hannah with her trophies from State when she competed individually. She came in 2nd in the Quoting Bee & One-on-One competitions. The AZ coordinator finally delivered them.

We are back from Regionals! Well, we've been back since Friday but I'm a slacker at the moment. Joshua got sick on Mother's Day and Hannah started tech week yesterday so this week will be crazy. I figured I better get something up. 

When we got to California for Regionals, we spent our 1st day at Disneyland. We are quite thankful for the Christmas gift of tickets from our parents to make that happen:) Delayed gratification was fun! So we had a day at our happy place before the 1st day of competition. On the 1st day, the girls had 8 rounds of quizzing and won each one. On day 2 there were only 2 rounds and they won those as well. The AZ coordinator thinks we could move up to the "A" league with the high schoolers next season so we have some competition.

After the second day of competition, we all went back to our hotels for a little rest before meeting for dinner. We went to Corona del Mar beach after dinner so those pictures are next. Then we all splurged for ice cream after the beach to top the day off.
