This past Saturday was the start of our "staycation" which happened to include Joshua's 8th birthday party. As you can see the theme he chose was football. So with the house decorated with black & yellow we had a few friends over to swim and eat. But before the party we went to
Wet 'n Wild, a very fun water park. We took a water camera but didn't use it up so we'll have to take some more on our next visits and I'll post them later (much later).
So our mini vacation went like this:
Saturday-Wet 'n Wild and b-day party
Sunday-Ghost town and bowling/pizza special at the AFB
Monday-Prescott,Bearizona,Route 66
Tuesday-Amazing Jake's
Wednesday(today)-Phoenix Zoo
We're all pretty tired-especially Todd from all the driving around. I'll try to get pictures posted pretty soon. Life goes back to normal tomorrow:(
The kids have 7 more days of school till we meet 180 but we'll start our shortened summer schedule soon after Memorial Day.
