Fall Festival

After the State Fair on Wednesday we had a fall Festival at church. The kids played lots of games and got candy and prizes. I successfully got them to donate their prizes (not candy) to the needy kids shoeboxes we do every year. We had snacks and listened to some wonderful praise music. Todd stayed home since he was really tired from the fair and has to be up earlier now. The kids were Daniel and an angel. They even won a ribbon they have to share for most "original" costume. It was a busy but fun day.

Later today we are going to the bowling alley at the base. If the kids wear costumes they get 3 free games. I'm not sure we'll make it to 3 games but it should be fun as long a *I* get the bumpers:) Hannah is being a 50's girl and Joshua is Obi Wan.
