Joshua's Wreck it Ralph party was on Sunday. It's really helpful if you've seen the movie to get my references. You can go watch it now if you want:)
Anyway, the cake is supposed to be like the cake Deanna made at the party the Nicelanders had to celebrate the game's anniversary. The same party Ralph wasn't invited to but Pac Man was (hence the Pac-Man cake too).
We had a Diet Coke & Mentos experiment. The kids also made race cars out of candy & cookies. There was a game to find the cy-bug in some Easter eggs. We decorated with Laffy Taffy streamers. The kids also played a game to find the best (fastest) wrecker. They had to knock down a house of blocks,pop 3 balloons, and snap 5 pop-its while being timed. Joshua's friend, Logan, won with 22 seconds. You really need to have seen the movie to understand why all these things make perfect sense:)
Everyone had fun. On to the next party!
June will be pretty slow. I don't really expect any new pictures until July. Hannah will be having her 8th grade graduation ceremony at the homeschool convention and she may be participating in the summer drama camp at the AFB.
